Review: Pretending to Dance

Pretending to Dance Pretending to Dance by Diane Chamberlain
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Molly Arnette and her husband are in the process of trying to adopt a child, but the process of home studies and personal histories is terrifying for her. It brings back what happened to her as a child when her father died. The memories of how he died still have the power to frighten and anger her.

Typical of Diane Chamberlain, this is a great story. I loved the characters in this book, even ones I wanted to shake, at times. Fiction at its best.
