Sloan McPherson, a Florida police diver, becomes involved in a case that becomes both intensely personal for her and her family, and a matter of life and death for her. Andrew Mayne is a master of invention with this first in the series called Underwater Investigation Unit. The plot, adventure and suspense of this book drew me in immediately. It was just an amazing read. I can hardly wait for the next installment!
